I'm not a paper hoarder. In fact, I love using my designer series paper as the focal point for my cards. I do have a tendency though, to keep looking for just the right card for my favorite papers.
I felt sick when I realized that my absolute favorite paper, Birthday Bouquet. is retiring and I still had whole sheets I hadn't cut yet. I had a Card Making 101 class coming up, so I decided to do a One Sheet Wonder class, based on the template from my friend, Seongsook Duncan. Using only one sheet of 12" x 12" designer series paper, we made 11 cards! And since so much ribbon and other embellishments are also retiring, it was fun to really jazz these up.
I love how soft and feminine the Birthday Bouquet paper is. It coordinates with Blushing Bride, Pool Party, and Mint Macaron.
