When I think of spring, I think of weddings. As a young girl, I dreamed of being June bride. But being a June bride in Spokane, Washington meant you needed to have a coat or warm wrap, as spring and early summer can still be quite chilly once the sun sets. We used to wear hoodies and coats when watching the fireworks on the 4th of July!
This week, I had a club hostess ask if I had any wedding cards. I had sold all that I had at a craft fair on Saturday, so before my class today, I made these three cards for her to choose from. Imagine my delight when she told me she wanted all three of them!
I last used the Detailed Floral Thinlets on Valentine's Day, to make a special card for my Hubs. I'd also used this bundle with this same club this summer, but once they saw these wedding cards, they asked if we could use it again next month, too.
So beloved is this bundle , that I've decided to feature it all week on my blog. I hope you join me as we discover different ways to showcase these delicate floral details. I think you'll be surprised that while intricate, the bundle makes for quick work. All three of these cards were finished in less than an hour.
Which one do you like best?
