One of the highlights at our team inspiration night every month, is our Stamping Bee team swap. Open to all who wish to participate, Stamping Bee team members prepare a card based an the theme of the month and make enough copies to share with the rest of the team. Not only do we get to see everyone's designs and interpretations on a theme, but we get to watch each other grow as artists and designers. It's a fun and safe place to share and learn. This month's challenge was to use Stampin' Up!'s embossing folders. Fellow Stamping Bee team mate Pam Riley created this pretty butterfly card using the Fluttering Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Watercolor Wings stamp set. I really like that it showcases the simplicity and beauty of a single layer card. And did you notice the antennae on the butterfly? It's two tiny pieces of burlap that she trimmed from the 5/8" Burlap Ribbon! The best deal in the catalog is happening right now! Whether you're a hobbyist looking for a great discount, or someone who's wanting to grow their own crafting business, right now, is the best time to join Stampin' Up and my Stamping Bee Team! And everyone who joins by July 31 will receive the brand new Carol's of Christmas Stamp Set for FREE! When you purchase the Starter Kit in July, you and pay only $99.00 (plus tax) with NO SHIPPING charge. And receive $197 in product!!!
