I don't know how, but it's CASEing Tuesday already! This week's card features a watercolor wash technique using Stampin' Up!'s Watercolor Pencils and the Pleasant Pheasants Stamp Set. As soon as I saw this set in the catalog, it took me back to my childhood in Spokane. We lived in hills, wooded with pine trees, and at the base of the hill was a field that was home to hundreds, if not thousands of ring-neched pheasnts every fall. They were so pretty and such a sight to see.
