One of the best things about having a shelf (ok, 2 shelves) full of stamp sets is having the ability to find just the right images and sentiments to express exactly what you're feeling. Today, I created a sympathy card using the Woven Heirlooms and Dandelion Wishes Stamp Sets. I read that dandelions are the perfect symbol for how something so small and unassuming can withstand great hardships. I think that makes it perfect for a sympathy card, don't you?

Upcoming Events (You won't want to miss!)
It doesn't seem possible, but in less than a week, I'll be headed to Greece on the Stampin' Up! incentive trip. Actually, a week from today I'll just be landing in Rome! Even with getting a new passport, planning for excursions, shopping, and wondering how big of a suitcase I should take, I just can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that I'm actually going!
Greece...the land of ancient myths and the birthplace of western civilization...the azure of the Aegean and the roofs of Santorini...the fishing and sailing boats. A place I never thought I'd visit, and yet, it looms on the horizon in front of me. I may not sleep for the next week as I eagerly await my journey.
This sheet of the See a Silhouette Designer Series Paper evokes the feelings of the sea. Shades of blue and full of waves, it makes the perfect background to pair with both the High Tide and Sailing Home Stamp Sets.
No matter where your travels take you this summer, be they far or wide, near or far I hope you take the time to make lots of new memories.

It felt so good to be back stamping with you this morning on Crafty Saturday! I've missed you!
I received the Looking Up all inclusive card kit this week and I just had to share it with you. Aren't these cards great? I talk about taking my kits and Paper Pumpkins along with me when I travel. We all know that even on vacation we need a little down or "me" time and this kit would be perfect for tucking in a bag or packing in the camper.
Where are you going this summer? Are you taking your stamping along with you?
And I would stamp cards in a boat.
And I would stamp cards with a goat...
And I will stamp cards in the rain.
And in the dark. And on a train.
And in a car. And in a tree.
They are so fun, so fun, you see!
So I will stamp them in a box.
And I will stamp them with a fox.
And I will stamp them in a house.
And I will stamp them with a mouse.
And I will stamp them here and there.
Say! I will stamp cards anywhere!
I do so like stamping every day
Grab a kit! Come on, let’s play!
(with apologies to Dr. Seuss!)
